Moss Creek Lane 2017

Last nite was Vendor Nite at Elderberry Place. All vendors were encouraged to come "fluff" their booths after store closing for the day, as well as spend alittle time getting to know the other vendors. I got there about 5:15 (store closes at 5:00). I took down the Christmas items, added some new 'junk', added some new art and took away a few things. My booth isn't huge (which is fine w/ me!) so I decided I will rotate stuff in and out every couple months just to keep it looking fresh. I'm so new at this booth thing ... I kept sending pics to my daughter asking her if this was working ... if that was working, etc. She blessed it (she is just more 'visionary' than I am!) so after an hour I was done.

Here are a couple pics:

Middle pic is the 'back' of my booth ... I need to utilize as much 'hanging up' area as I can, so I really need to figure out how to use the back of the shutters and door ... thought about putting a shelf ON the wooden door ... need to refer to my handyman (husband!) to see if he's able to do something like that for me!

Anyway -- the next holiday is Valentine's Day so I made up 4 mixed media wooden hearts that I'll put in the booth next week.

They are about 10" tall ... thought they turned out pretty cute!

Also going to make a little heart garland from construction paper and yarn ... probably should have my grandkids helping on that one!  Thought it would be cute in the booth.
